Role Overview
As the Head of Telesales you will be responsible for leading managing and optimising a highperforming telesales team. Your role will involve developing strategies to meet targets overseeing daily operations and driving a culture of success and accountability within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Team leadership: Lead mentor and manage a remote telesales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Performance optimization: Monitor and analyse team performance ensuring continuous improvement through datadriven decisions.
- Training and development: Provide coaching to agents identify skill gaps and implement ongoing training initiatives.
- Process refinement: Work closely with leadership to refine sales processes scripts and overall team structure to maximize productivity.
- Campaign management: Ensure consistent performance across all campaigns by aligning team efforts with organizational goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
What We re Looking For
- Experience: 3 years in telesales leadership preferably within telecom or similar industries.
- Leadership ability: Proven success in leading and managing teams in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
