Job Description

DUTCH/ ENGLISH GAMING SUPPORT AGENT REMOTE the REPUBLIC of SOUTH AFRICA

As a Gaming Support Agent your job will be to handle customer support issues for a specific assigned game studio. You will be helping players with account and technical issues and resolve purchase and gameplayrelated queries. Youll work with a team of agents under the guidance of a Team Lead and an Operations Manager and take assisted training modules that help you grow develop and improve your skills as you work. Youll stay on top of the clients newest projects and updates as well as past releases and branding and help their players continue enjoying the games they love.

Requirements:

  • Native/Fluent Dutch speaker
  • English speaking fluent level
  • Knowledge about gaming or anything related to video games
  • Owning a Nintendo Switch PS4 PS5 Xbox One Xbox One Series X or a modern gaming PC/laptop
  • Being a fast learner take initiative and excel at troubleshooting
  • Having a dedicated quiet workspace located within your residence
  • Be based in South Africa
  • Experience in a Customer service environment is a plus.
