Job Description
Pay Rate: $30.75 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Percent of Time Codes*
- Supervise maintenance employees as directed by Management in plant.
- Provide materials and planning for maintenance repairs. Provide leadership and direction to maintenance employees interface with other department employees. Assess and respond to facility maintenance needs
- General cleaning and/or assisting other crew if required
- Maintain safety housekeeping and sanitation and GMP requirements while performing job duties
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of five years of facilities maintenance experience.
- Must have good written and oral English communications skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to work from a ladder
- Must be able and willing to work rotating TuesdaySaturday work weeks and weekends
- Must be able to pass a test at the appropriate skill level for this position
- Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time on concrete/metal grate floors.
- Must be selfmotivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to interact positively with Plant Production and Maintenance personnel to resolve maintenance issues.
