Job role Branch Head
Job description Heading the branch operation for financial and non financial activities.
Location Pune
Desired experience 12 to 15 years of experience in handling operation (MEP / Electrical / HVAC). He should be responsible for P&L of branch / area.
Education Preferably BE / B.Tech. or Diploma with 18 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial
He will be responsible to achieve booking revenue and profitability as per the Budget Plan
He will be required to lead from front for generating business.
He will be responsible to meet monthly collection plan.
He will be responsible to retain existing contracts.
He will be responsible for Business Growth of the branch.
2. Customer satisfaction
He needs to ensure that prompt and agreed level of service is provided to customer and make customer happy of our service.
He will be required to meet customers periodically to take feedback on service and strengthen the business relationship.
He will be solution provider to customer for their service needs.
3. Vendor Management
He will be responsible for managing vendors to get best price and service from them.
He will be responsible for timely issue of PO to vendor and processing their invoices for payment.
He needs to develop vendor by giving them adequate business and ensuring their profitability.
4. Subordinate development
He needs to ensure team is motivated to perform.
He needs to make carrer path for subordinates.
He will be required to provide strong support to team during challenging situation.
He should be a good team leader.
