Position Title: Branch Manager LAP DSA
Location: Varanasi

Reports To: Regional Manager / Zonal Head
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations & Leadership:
Lead motivate and manage a team of sales and operations staff to achieve LAP business targets.
Ensure smooth functioning of daytoday branch operations and process adherence.
Business Development & Sales:
Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing customers.
Identify business opportunities market trends and competitor strategies to maximize sales.
Oversee lead generation prospecting and conversion activities through direct selling agents (DSAs).
Loan Processing & Approval:
Ensure efficient processing of LAP applications and maintain a high level of loan disbursement.
Review loan applications evaluate eligibility and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with clients providing personalized loan solutions.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all loan processes comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Monitor and mitigate risks related to loan recovery and default rates.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track sales performance client acquisition loan disbursements and recovery rates.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on branch performance.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or related field. MBA (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in sales banking or financial services with a focus on LAP or mortgage products.
At least 2 years in a branch management or team leadership role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Indepth knowledge of loan against property products processes and regulations.
Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
