About the Rol:
As SalesBusiness Development you will be a major player in the growth of Loyal Guru startup on the European market by conquering new deals in groceries and retails sectors. The outcomes of this role are to own a sales pipeline focusing on closing new revenue to establish a Europea presence and help us grow over the next few years.
Responsibilities
Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts that meet assigned sales quotas and targets
Conduct demos and negotiations with senior managers and decisionmakers. Get a good knowledge of our product to have an outstanding argumentation Use the LG material (decks use cases demo ) and prospecting effectively (the
clients industry the specific clients set of problems their maturity) articulate a good strategy throughout the process
Collaborate with technical staff and product specialists where necessary to respond to customer needs.
Follow quality processes throughout the sales cycle (client research meeting preparation dry run debrief emails with short and resultsoriented next steps maintain traction with the customer push for next steps )
Assume the leadership of the sale opportunity be the orchestrator of the rest of the team (presales marketing sales ops customer success etc.) and be responsible for the process advancing closing traction etc.
Report all your activity on Hubspot to give a clear vision of your actions and participate in a better organization
Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts
Work with the marketing department to plan and execute lead generation campaigns. Provide information to management on market trends competitive threats unmet needs and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by expanding the companys offerings.
Qualifications
6 years experience in a similar role
Bachelors Degree/Equivalent in a related field
Willingness to travel internationally
Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a highly driven environment
Have professional working proficiency in English & Spanish Italian is a plus.
A hunters mentality with a passion for selling and achieving new business sales results
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets within a designated sales plan demonstrating the ability to convert leads into successful new business Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Detail oriented organized and competitive
