Unity Communications seeks a detailloving proactive accountant to join our team and help keep our finances in top shape. Youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of all things financialfrom invoices and reconciliations to endofyear reporting and everything in between.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Prepare and send invoices track payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Monitor bills process payments and manage expenses
- Record transactions on QuickBooks Online reconcile accounts and verify financial accuracy
- Assist with monthend and yearend closing contribute to financial analysis and generate reports
- Take on additional accounting responsibilities as needed to support the team
What You Must Possess
- Bachelors degree in accountancy (required)
- Experience working effectively in a remote setup (required)
- Strong grasp of accounting principles with at least one year of experience in general accounting (required)
- Detailoriented with excellent analytical skills and a knack for numbers (required)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
- Selfstarter who can work independently with minimal supervision (required)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal English (required)
- Reliable team player with a commitment to accuracy and excellence (required)
- Familiarity with Bill.com (a plus)
- Audit training and/or experience (a plus)
