Job Description

Role: Partnerships Manager Chennai
Experience: 3 years
Salary: 4.2L Variable

Insight: Someone with 3 years experience in fundraising retail/online/corporates and has done proposal writing this is for you!

Amenity Lifeline Emergency Response Team (ALERT) is a volunteer driven NGO that empowers a common man to save lives and ensure Right to Life a reality in India. Core initiative of ALERT is to have an efficient Golden hour care and Emergency Response Management in India. ALERT currently has offices in Chennai Coimbatore Puducherry and Bangalore. ALERT is one of the pioneers in the field of imparting Emergency Response training to common man. The ALERT Head office in Chennai is looking for a multifaceted enthusiastic professional for whom bringing social changes and making an impact in the society is more meaningful. The application should have excellent communication skill with the passion to work in social sector and with NGO in specific. The individual will work for ALERT with the opportunity to represent ALERT across India.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential partners who align with the ALERTs mission.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners focusing on longterm sustainability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all external partners ensuring smooth communication collaboration and organize regular meetings with partners to update on the project progress impact and future opportunities
  • Lead discussions to secure new partnerships sponsorships and inkind support.
  • Identify and collaborate with educational institutions and work towards establishing ALERTs programs in a sustainable model in the institution.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align partnerships with the organizations strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies for partnership growth revenue generation and expanding the organizations network of supporters.
  • Develop tailored partnership proposals and presentations to attract collaboration opportunities.
  • Identify and develop fundraising strategies and implement them towards organizations revenue growth.
  • Consistently support ALERT in fundraising by assisting in applying for grants conducting online and offline fundraising campaigns.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining MoUs contracts and agreements between ALERT and partners.

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with 36 years of work experience in business development fundraising and stakeholder management

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should be a good team player with experience in working with multiple teams.
  • Ability to nurture and build long term relationships with patrons.
  • Proactive in identifying and pursuing partnership activities.
  • Multitasking and time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Creative and innovative thinking for proposal writing and fundraising opportunities.
  • Experienced in working with Microsoft Office tools Adobe and other documentation tools.
  • Experienced in front facing the organization.
