Job Title: Account & Project Manager (ECommerce)
Location: Remote (Latin America & Philippines preferred)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Account & Project Manager. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ecommerce clients managing their email marketing projects and ensuring their success. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships understanding their business needs and delivering exceptional results through datadriven email strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce clients.
- Understand client's business objectives and email marketing needs.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to optimize their email marketing campaigns.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling services.
- Manage client communication through various channels (Slack email calls presentations).
- Project Management:
- Plan execute and manage email marketing projects ensuring ontime and within budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com).
- Coordinate tasks and workflows with internal teams and virtual assistants.
- Monitor project progress identify potential roadblocks and implement solutions.
- Provide regular project updates to clients.
- Email Marketing Expertise:
- Possess a strong understanding of email marketing best practices including segmentation automation and deliverability.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo email marketing platform and best practices.
- Experience with Shopify platform and integrations is essential.
- Ability to analyze email marketing performance data and provide insights to clients.
- Stay uptodate on the latest email marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management and project management ideally within the ecommerce email marketing industry.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com).
- Solid understanding of Klaviyo and Shopify.
- Familiarity with ecommerce best practices and strategies.
- Copywriting experience is a plus.
Compensation:
- $1500 $2000 per month (fulltime 3040 hours per week)
