VicePresident of Marketing & Sales is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the overall marketing and sales strategy of the organization. This position will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and sales plans to domestic as well as Export Markets to achieve company growth objectives enhance brand awareness maximize revenue collection and enhance cashflow for the organisation. He / She will work closely with the senior management team to align marketing and sales initiatives with business goals and ensure successful implementation across all channels. |

Market Research Analysis Customer Relationship Management | * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends. * Analyse competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge. * Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives using datadriven insights to make informed decisions. |
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers partners and stakeholders. * Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling to existing customers. * Address customer feedback and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. |

MARKETING & SALES STRATEGY | * Creation of efficient Marketing & Sales Process Enhanced Profitability & Increased Cash Flow for the Organisation. |
Marketing Management | * Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital print social media etc.). *Drive brand development and positioning efforts to enhance market presence. |
* Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as & when needed. |
Sales Management | * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. * Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction. * Analyse sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. |

MARKETING & SALES IMPLEMENTATION | * Prepare Detailed Strategy to drive high volume sales indicating requirements like manpower budget vertical specific sales target and process to reach the same in a specific timeline. |
Sales Target : Goal Setting with Team Members | *Create a team of effective & resultoriented team members. *Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team of marketing and sales professionals. *Foster a collaborative and resultsdriven culture within the team. *Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members and ensure goal achievement . |
* Drive Target oriented Sales Process *Drive Target Oriented Sales from every vertical *Drive Target Oriented Revenue Collection Process |
* Work closely with R&D / Product Development Production Finance Supply Chain Management to ensure alignment and support for marketing and sales initiatives. * Communicate marketing and sales goals strategies and results to the executive team and other stakeholders. |
