Job Description
Position: Marketing Communications
Experience Required: 5 Years
Salary: Up to 50000/month
Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing operations focusing on database building and management.
- Lead marketing databasebuilding activities/projects from ideation to execution.
- Serve as the single point of contact for branch offices coordinating marketing and communication plans.
- Understand and oversee marketing database flow including email marketing leads and sales synchronization.
- Leverage various automation tools to enhance marketing processes.
- Conduct thorough market research ondemand to understand brand awareness promotions and competitors.
- Juggle multiple tasks effectively and consolidate them into insightful KPI dashboards.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years in marketing operations across any industry.
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute (No correspondence/online/weekend courses).
- Exceptional problemsolving communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data create reports and develop actionable insights.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator Hoovers Discover Org and more.
Excellent English communication skills with no grammatical errors. Ability to speak English fluently and clearly. Willingness to work night shifts. Freshers or candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in any domain are eligible. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
