Excis is seeking a dynamic Technical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of cuttingedge technical solutions for a leading healthcare company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire: Oversee a talented team of engineers providing mentorship guidance and support to foster a collaborative and highperforming environment.
- Drive innovation: Spearhead technical projects from conception to deployment ensuring timely and successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet our customers evolving needs.
- Collaborate and influence: Partner with crossfunctional teams including product design sales and operations to align technical strategies with business objectives and drive growth.
- Technical expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Microsoft technologies (.NET Visual Basic MVC architecture entity framework) and databases (Microsoft SQL Server Oracle) to design develop and implement robust software solutions.
- Team leadership: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to manage project timelines budgets and resources while effectively delegating tasks and monitoring progress.
- Problemsolving: Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.
- Continuous learning: Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 12 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies (.NET Visual Basic MVC architecture entity framework) and databases (Microsoft SQL Server Oracle)
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for innovation and a drive to deliver exceptional results
