About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a highend retail team in Limerick. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven servicefocused leader who thrives in a premium retail environment. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience ensuring all customers receive a VIP service.
- Sales & Commercial Growth: Drive store performance maximize sales opportunities and exceed KPIs through strategic business planning.
- Team Leadership: Recruit train and motivate a highperforming team fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth daytoday running of the store upholding brand standards in merchandising stock control and store presentation.
- Clienteling & Brand Ambassadorship: Build strong relationships with clients growing loyalty and repeat business.
- Performance Management: Set clear objectives for the team conducting regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Market & Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of retail trends competitor activity and customer expectations to adapt business strategies accordingly.
About You
- Proven experience in department store high street or luxury retail management (Boutique Manager Store Manager or similar).
- A serviceobsessed leader with a track record of delivering a worldclass customer experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with a resultsdriven mindset and ability to analyze sales performance.
- A natural coach and mentor capable of leading and inspiring a team.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and clienteling skills.
- Passionate about the retail sector with an eye for detail and brand storytelling.
