Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Chef de Partie specializing in butchery to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in butchering, preparing, and presenting meat and poultry, with a strong understanding of meat cuts and techniques. You will be responsible for managing the butchery section, ensuring the preparation of high-quality meat products and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meat Preparation: Butcher, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat and poultry according to restaurant specifications and standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of meat and poultry, including ordering, receiving, and storing products. Ensure proper rotation and handling to maintain freshness and quality.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of meat quality and presentation, ensuring all cuts meet the restaurant’s specifications and customer expectations.
