You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCheckout.com is looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Manager to lead a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) who building and maintaining relationships with merchants ensuring their satisfaction by resolving their technical issues and optimizing their payment solutions. You will ensure your teams success in delivering exceptional service with technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills as well as introducing merchants with suitable products and services.
You will also collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders across Commercials and Technology to contribute towards consolidating Checkout.coms position as a leading online payment solutions provider in the region.
The ideal candidate must be customerdriven and techsavvy with proven problemsolving abilities as well as leadership and team development skills and eager to join a dynamic agile and fastgrowing environment.
How youll make an impact
Lead mentor and manage a team of TAMs to ensure merchants satisfactory in payment solutions & services and in longer term growth
Provide technical guidance and foster team collaboration
Capable to provide technical support to merchants during their journey with Checkout.com as payment service provider
Develop a deep understanding of the companys payment solutions and be able to articulate the value proposition to customers and partners.
Manage incidents with TAM Team and internal stakeholders as related to the integration (investigation troubleshooting escalation resolution reporting time tracking and analysis of incidents)
Collaborate and partner with internal teams such as Merchant Configuration Sales Account Managers and Merchant Care to understand and resolve issues during customer trials integrations or postimplementation support
Interact with the Product teams to pinpoint improvement ideas

Qualifications
What were looking for
8 or more years of development or technical support experience in a Tech/FinTech company
Have experience leading and managing a team of technical professionals
Have payments experience would be advantageous
Understanding of API REST webhooks and logs is required
Coding skills in at least one of these languages: Java Javascripts PHP Python Go C#
Experience with Node.js React is a plus
Knowledge in iOS/Android is a plus
Excellent communication skills ability to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders
Ability to work in a customerfocused and targetdriven environment
Good in speaking and writing in both English and Chinese and in speaking mandarin
