We at Flywire are seeking an Agent Partnership Specialist (APS) to drive the delivery and execution of our solution to small to medium Education Agents in India. The APS will be pivotal within a team of APS FlyMates who work together to execute on strategies and tactics designed to build up our smaller clients into valuable Flywire partners. These strategies are focused on increasing payer growth improving retention identifying opportunities for improvement and providing accurate and timely issue resolution to ensure clients (Agents) understand the value of the Flywire Payment Solution and other Flywire products. The APS will report to the Agent Partnership Specialist Lead.
As part of this role you would:
Call & connect with the leads provided by clients for sales conversions
Assist the Agent Partnership Specialist Lead to create strategic plans for clients to maximise utilisation and growth
Execute the strategic account plans for each client to maximise utilisation growth and revenue
Initiate dialog and build relationships with crucial points of contact
Manage new client end to end for support
Present products and services to customers in an informative educational timely and consultative manner
Support and uncover cross sell opportunities with existing clients
Drive revenue/payer/money moved growth activities and objectives
Organise materials and plan territory maps for marketing plans 1 to many training sessions and periodic agent promotions
Assist Relationship Management team in peak period with administrative support for activities such as completion of payment instructions data entry and data analysis
Any other tasks as set by Agent Partnership Specialist Lead
Qualifications :
Heres What Were Looking For:
At least graduate or above
13 years of experience in education or FX industry
Someone who is persistent and proactive
Good customer service and relationship building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Willingness to travel (preferred and not essential)
Skilled in all office systems including Word Excel Powerpoint etc.
The ability to work alone as well as part of a team
