Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from conception to completion including conceptualization planning and construction documentation.
Collaborate with the project team to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet the clients needs and budget.
Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD Revit and other software.
Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design plans and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
Mentor and guide Junior Architects providing technical support and expertise.
Maintain a thorough understanding of local building codes and regulations.
Communicate and coordinate with clients contractors and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 8 years experience in architectural design with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and other design software.
Strong understanding of building codes construction methods and materials.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluency in English both written and verbal. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
