Job Description
- Check the energy supply the operation of the heating ventilation cash register refrigerator other machines equipment and take measures if nonsufficient operational condition are recognised at any field make purchase of make it done in connection with the above mentioned activities to ensure the stores continuous technical operation on daily base.
- Supervise daily monthly quarterly yearly the regular maintenance done by external firms to make maintenance tasks carried out in proper quality.
- Prepare work assignments divide tasks supervise subordinates working time organise control and register work done in order to have enough number of and properly performing personnel at the Customer Marketing Department and provide HR Department with data needed for calculation of wages in time.
- Train and professionally direct subordinates in order to ensure adequate quality of human resources. Also conduct SS audit.
- Check the buildings (roads parking area park) and organise supervise maintenance repair and cleaning to maintain excellent state and technical operability of the building and its surroundings.
- Collect and professionally comment offers coming offers coming from maintenance firms to provide sufficient information for the DM FM Store Manager on the advantages and disadvantages of conditions provided by certain maintenance firms.
- Propose measures on the field of maintenance to make things more reasonable and to reduce the operational costs of the stores.
- Organise and take part in the fire protection operational safety tests to maintain the stores safe operations as well as monitor alarm systems
- Ensure repairs of breakages and leakages
