We are looking for a proactive eCommerce Process Supervisor to oversee and monitor our internal workflows and client communication standards. This midlevel role will ensure our established processes are followed clients receive timely responses and any operational gaps are addressed. The Process Supervisor will work within established workflows and report any identified loopholes or inefficiencies to the respective department leads contributing to the agencys operational success.
Task Monitoring: Track and verify the timely completion of tasks across various teams to maintain consistent productivity.
Client Communication Oversight: Ensure clients receive prompt and professional responses aligning with agency communication standards.
Process Adherence: Supervise and ensure compliance with established workflows and protocols across the team.
Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on process adherence and task execution to identify any potential issues or bottlenecks.
Proactive Issue Identification: Identify workflow disruptions or inefficiencies and report these findings to department leads to address any operational gaps.
Prior experience in eCommerce processes is required.
Previous experience in process management or operations is highly preferred.
Lean Six Sigma certification is required to ensure a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.
DetailOriented and Proactive: Ability to monitor tasks identify potential issues and report actionable insights.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English proficiency for clear internal and client communications.
TechSavvy: Comfortable with task management tools (e.g. Airtable ClickUp Asana) and adaptable to new technology platforms.
This role is officebased in Lahore.
Candidates must have their own laptop or work machine.
Work hours are from 6 PM to 2 AM (Pakistani Time).
