Job Description
- To keep proper checks for expiry products
- To ensure that rail card and signage are changes and updated as and when required.
- To ensure that shelves are presentable and filled.
- To ensure the stock availability
- To punch repacking in GMS system on timely basis
- To perform MAV on weekly basis through internal consumption for the bakery production
- To perform stock orders with necessary documentations
- To participate in weekly and annual inventories
- To take corrective and preventive measures for wastage and shirkage control.
- To coordinate and resolve QA related issues against periodical visits and other findings from time to time.
- To ensure the proper cleansing and hygienic environment of the over bakery and production areas and equipment
- To continuously monitor the negatives.
- To perform free samplings for product promotions of high priced
- articles
- To recommend new recipes for bakery products for sales improvement and addressing customer needs
- Structural deficiency monitoring
