We are seeking a highly experienced Supervisor for our Quality Assurance team with expertise in both automation and manual testing. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of handson experience in QA and will be responsible for leading a team ensuring the quality of software applications and delivering a seamless experience to our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills as interaction with customers in the United States will be part of the role. The candidate must be able to work in the US Central Time Zone Mon Fri and the role will involve only inoffice work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the QA team ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases (both automated and manual).
- Utilize automation tools including the Cypress framework for UI and headless testing.
- Use Cucumber BDD framework for creating clear and maintainable test scenarios.
- (Optional) Work with the Mochawesome plugin for creating detailed and informative reports if the Cypress Dashboard is not already configured.
- Monitor and analyze results via the Cypress Dashboard for enhanced reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to identify test requirements.
- Ensure that all test processes adhere to established standards and best practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide team members fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance with both automation and manual testing.
- Strong proficiency in Cypress framework for UI and headless testing.
- Experience with Cucumber BDD framework for behaviordriven development.
- (Optional) Familiarity with the Mochawesome plugin for creating test reports.
- Experience using Cypress Dashboard for advanced reporting and test analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact with USbased customers.
- Ability to work in US Central Time Zone for in Office work only.
