Location: Onsite Multan
Position Overview:
Our client a leading player in the chemicals manufacturing sector is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor (PUBased) to oversee and optimize the daily operations of PUbased production processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring production efficiency maintaining high standards and driving team performance to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations for PUbased production ensuring timely achievement of production schedules.
- Coordinate and lead team members to maintain a seamless production workflow.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
- Oversee inventory management including raw materials and finished goods.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement practical timely solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed production reports to management.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical competencies.
- Develop and implement costsaving measures while upholding product quality.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address equipment issues promptly.
- Submit daily production logs and weekly reports on raw material usage and inventory.
- Communicate production challenges and updates during monthly management reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 45 years of experience in supervising PUbased production processes.
- Strong problemsolving and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and production standards.
