Urgent Job Opening Area Manager (Projects) in a Renowned Building Material/Tiles Mfg. Co Bengaluru Location.
Responsibilities:
Approving OBL Brand in Govt. /MES other related & private projects enlisting our brands in Govt.
Tenders & specifying the products in private projects through promoters & influencers.
Monthly targets regarding approvals to be achieved by any means
Preparation for future projects details or previous projects & other activities
Business lead generation coordinate with Retail team.
Presentation to Government Department.
Coordinate meeting of Government Officials at OBTB for latest designs.
Skills:
Proven success in expanding markets and establishing and sustaining profitable client relationships.
Should have at least 2.5 years of experience in similar field.
Result Oriented
Strong verbal and written communication/ presentation skills
Client relationship building skills.
Good Energy Level.
Meeting Sales Goals.
