Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detailoriented Insurance Forms Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating editing and digitizing dental insurance forms ensuring they are optimized for use in AI model training and digital workflows. If you enjoy working with PDFs labels and precise details this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Create modify and digitize dental insurance forms using Adobe Acrobat Microsoft Word and Figma.
Add labeled form fields to scanned PDFs to prepare them for digital workflows.
Ensure all form edits meet high standards of accuracy and usability.
Collaborate with the team to train AI models by providing clear and consistent labeling on forms.
Use knowledge of dental insurance codes to ensure forms are comprehensive and correct.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all formediting processes.
Stay organized and efficient while working with repetitive tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with dental insurance either on the payer or provider side.
Familiarity with dental insurance codes (massive plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Adobe Acrobat and Figma.
Previous experience in form digitization data entry orsimilar work is a bonus.
Basic understanding of AI concepts particularly how labels can influence prompts and model outputs (not required training will be provided).
Skills & Traits:
Extremely detailoriented and thorough.
Comfortable with repetitive and tedious tasks.
Organized and capable of managing multiple forms and edits simultaneously.
Strong communication skills for collaboration and feedback.
Proactive and eager to learn new tools or processes.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary ranges from $6 10 per hour depending on experience.
Benefits include health allowance performance bonuses raises and PTO.
