Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up with different SPOCs for timely data update in shared
reports download and process data from various data sources & prepare process
excellence dashboards
Preparation of progress reports on PPI & CAS initiatives. Review and timely
update trackers for PPI activities Customer escalation SUM Project Bowlers.
Assist in preparing regular communications around PPI tools and support PPI
related events.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Graduate/ Post Graduate in Business Engineering or any related field
02 years of experience in continuous improvement or data science/
dashboarding. Internships or academic projects related to process improvement
Lean Six Sigma or related fields also is good to have
Good communication skills including accomplished written oral and
presentational skills
Certification in Continuous Improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma
Agile or relevant coursework is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Advance Excel skills. Macros & dashboarding tools like Power BI/Tableau etc is a
plus
