United Feed Co. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Manager to join our team. The BPR Manager will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis and documentation of current business processes across various departments (e.g. operations finance HR IT etc.).
Identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with department heads to assess existing workflows and understand pain points.
Lead the redesign of business processes using BPR methodologies and industry best practices.
Recommend new technologies automation or process changes to improve efficiency productivity and customer satisfaction.
Ensure that reengineered processes align with overall organizational goals and customer needs.
Manage the implementation of reengineered processes ensuring timely and effective execution.
Coordinate crossfunctional teams set clear timelines and track progress against project milestones.
Oversee the development of project plans resource allocation and risk management.
Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes across departments.
Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure buyin clear communication and smooth execution.
Train and support team members and department heads on new processes and systems.
Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of reengineered processes.
Continuously monitor performance postimplementation and make adjustments as needed.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and innovation.
Maintain thorough documentation of process changes outcomes and best practices.
Provide regular updates to senior management on progress challenges and successes.
Prepare detailed reports on process improvement initiatives ROI and impact on business performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration Engineering Management or a related field.
57 years of experience in Business Process Reengineering process improvement or management consulting with a focus on crossdepartmental projects.
Strong analytical project management and change management skills. Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
