Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team at United Feed Co. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations including production supply chain sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the agriculture industry as well as excellent leadership and problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business transformation initiatives in alignment with the companys longterm strategy. Collaborate with senior leadership to set transformation goals objectives and milestones.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency. Drive crossfunctional collaboration to implement innovations and improvements across the organization.
Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions. Act as a change agent to manage stakeholder buyin and engage employees throughout the transformation process.
Identify potential risks to transformation initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate them ensuring minimal disruption to the business. Establish a bestinclass PMO. Develop frameworks methodologies and governance structures for effective project execution across the organization.
Oversee and manage the entire project portfolio. Ensure projects are prioritized based on business value and strategic goals while maintaining transparency into project status risks and dependencies.
Ensure appropriate allocation of resources for projects both human and financial. Monitor project performance against KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
Manage highimpact crossfunctional projects ensuring ontime withinscope and withinbudget delivery. Lead and mentor project managers to adhere to project management best practices.
Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders presenting key metrics risks and outcomes. Develop and maintain dashboards for project tracking and performance analysis.
Collaborate with business leaders department heads and external partners to align transformation and project initiatives with business objectives.
Prepare and present highlevel reports and presentations to senior management and the board ensuring clear communication of progress risks and achievements.
Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team of project managers business analysts and transformation specialists. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
710 years of experience in business transformation PMO leadership or project management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
Bachelors degree in business Management or related field. PMP Lean Six Sigma or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills. Proven track record in managing largescale transformation initiatives and complex project portfolios.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Asana).
