Altavia.tech is THE Business Unit of the Altavia Group offering tools that enable the digital transformation essential to the Groups Business Units and clients.

Your role :

This role is responsible for working in details on planning budgeting and project governance instances for the transformation projects. The Transformation PMO will work closely and coordinate the team of project managers of the different project streams to ensure the delivery of highquality results within scope time cost and quality constraints. The Transformation PMO will also ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams.

The Transformation Project Manager Officer will be part of the Transformation Office and report to the Chief Transformation Officer. The scope of the project will also include business transformation and digital transformation.


Your missions :

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Set up common project frameworks for every initiative to build planning budget resource plans knowledge sharing and track dependencies and risks

  • Manage hand in hand with project managers budgets resources schedules deliverables risks issues changes requests

  • Provide guidance and operational support to each project manager and teams

  • Monitor and secure quality insurance plan with each project managers building and tracking issues and remediation plans

  • Prepare and animate Transformation Committees to drive alignment approval process escalation etc.

  • Build and improve documents templates and tools to support the project framework

  • Act as a coach for projects managers on project framework and ensure it is duly enforced

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing best practices lessons learned across projects

What you need to successfully complete the mission :


This role requires a combination of operational excellence project management and digital transformation. Some of the professional experience and qualities required for this role are:


  • At least 8 years of experience in managing operational projects within scope time cost and quality constraints

  • Proven track record of planning and executing operational activities for various transformation projects especially in fastmoving and midsize companies

  • Excellent communication and pedagogical skills to explain complex concepts to a variety of audience

  • Ability to work effectively with project teams sponsors customers vendors employees stakeholders

  • Pragmatism and adaptability

  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills

  • Mastery of project management methodologies tools standards processes

  • High attention to detail accuracy quality compliance

  • Bachelors degree or higher in business administration engineering or related field

  • Fluent in English
