Job Description
Our client is a prestigious photography company with a focus on artistic and creative gift ideas. They are quickly establishing a strong presence across Europe and this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the future of their galleries in Spain and Portugal.
We are currently recruiting for an Area Manager for our client a rapidly growing photography company with 11 stores in Spain and 2 in Portugal. The role will play a pivotal part in managing and expanding the company’s presence in both countries with a strong focus on performance leadership and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of stores across Spain and Portugal.
Ensure strong financial and operational performance with a focus on key business metrics.
Lead and support a small team (max 3 employees per store) across multiple locations.
Travel regularly to visit stores and engage with the team.
Develop and implement strategies to drive gallery performance and customer engagement.
Report directly to the Head of Retail and the President
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Strong business acumen with a focus on numbers and performance.
Proven experience in managing teams preferably in retail or a similar industry.
Ability to handle frequent travel and be present in the stores
Motivated to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
