Great DC Management
- Provides a clear understanding of the tasks responsibilities and competencies.

- Secure the necessary training of employees.
- Focus on best practice sharing across functions departments and other DCs.
- Develop and maintain an efficient and professional organization.
- Ensure motivated and skilled employees with focus on pipeline development.

Qualifications :
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
- You have a background within logistics and supply chain preferably both practical and educational
- You are an experienced leader and experience within planning is a plus
- You are an analytical person who enjoys understanding processes and make decisions based on facts
- You enjoy a versatile role with a broad range of responsibility both as a leader and facilitator
- You are good at creating relationships and thrives in a role with many stakeholders
- You are proactive and take responsibility for deadlines and deliveries
- English skills on a good level (B2)
