We are a leading real estate development company specializing in residential tourism along the Mediterranean coast.

What Are We Looking For

We are seeking anInternational Sales Manager to join our team.

This role requires a proactive leader who can identify business opportunities develop strong client relationships and expand our international market reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international real estate sales and a proven ability to lead highperforming sales teams.


What Will You Do in Your DaytoDay

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and convert international clients.

Keeping track of sales targets and providing regular reports on progress and challenges to management

Monitor and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies and enhance competitive advantage.

Client Relationship Management:

Build partnerships with international agencies to drive sales growth.

Identify emerging markets and new business opportunities to expand TM Real Estate Group global brand.

Represent the company at international real estate events trade shows and networking functions.

Team Management & Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of international sales professionals.

Foster a collaborative and highperformance work culture.

Performance & Compliance:

Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Ensure compliance with local and international real estate regulations.

Availability to work onsite in Torrevieja.
