The Events Specialist / Manager will centrally manage and ensure the understanding implementation execution tracking and optimization of virtual events and webinars hosted by our global affiliate colleagues including the campaigns aimed at driving attendance to those events. They will turn the multichannel content and rules as defined and delivered in the campaign briefings provided by our stakeholders within the local countries into a series of workflows deliveries and event configurations within our standard marketing automation toolset Adobe Campaign and/or our standard webinar solution SpotMe & Cvent.
The Events Manager will also work with our team to design and develop virtual events and campaign content templates and processes as well as work to ensure understanding and adherence by local stakeholders to the predefined service and setup In addition to programming workflows deliveries and event configurations they may also modify and maintain landing page templates using some creative coding languages such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Ensure the timely delivery and high quality of campaigns and virtual event services.
Ensure events and campaigns align with global standards and are configured according to best practices and predefined templates.
Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders on virtual events campaigns and tools to optimize event setup and execution.
Collaborate with other teams to design and develop optimized content templates and processes for virtual events and campaigns.
Coordinate with Event Specialists to ensure alignment between campaign communication and event execution before during and after the event.
Ensure markets are informed and fully understand virtual event services and processes.
Work with Platform Managers to modify and maintain landing page templates email templates and technical workflows.
Ensure analysts have access to the correct data for reporting analytics and data management.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business administration digital marketing or related technology field.
- Previous experience in configuring virtual events and webinars especially with Cvent (SpotMe and Zoom are a plus).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (minimum of 23 years) Adobe Campaign preferred.
- Adobe Campaign certification (Business Practitioner is sufficient Developer is a plus).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and highpressure situations.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technical concepts quickly.
- Experience in consulting campaign management or project delivery environments; or experience in process optimization in service centers.
- Knowledge of email marketing concepts (HTML and CSS preferred).
- Experience with databases and data management concepts (SQL ETL web calls/interfaces are a plus).
- Knowledge of Human Pharma marketing and virtual/physical event organization is a plus.
- Strong project management skills creative thinking adaptability and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
