Job Description
Duties: In this role you will contribute to the Evernorth Big Data Services team and primarily support the Databricks on AWS. This is a handson position with visibility to the highest levels of Evernorth management who are motivated to see the successful results of our efforts. The solution focuses on enabling this change using the latest technologies and development techniques.
Skills: Expert Experience in managing Databricks account administration workspace administration Cluster Policies SQL warehouses serverless compute and Unity Catalog management. CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code pipelines along with experience in Jenkins GitHub & Terraform is must Solid grasp of AWS S3 IAM roles EC2 EKS Lambda Route 53 EMR. CloudWatch Cloud trail & KMS experience. Proficient with languages like SQL Python Spark PySpark and GO is a must Implement and enforce security policies access controls and encryption mechanisms. Stay uptodate with security best practices and compliance requirements.
Education: Bachelors degree is REQUIRED higher degree is preferred but not required
Schedule Notes: Seeking candidates local to the Plano TX office to be available to come onsite on a fulltime basis during training and then transition to flex 3 days in office 2 days remote afterward (Willing to consider 100% remote for the perfect candidate). Fulltime 40 hours per week Core hours 8am5pm CST are MondayFriday.
