Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to source top talent and streamline the onboarding process. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle build a robust candidate database and ensure new hires are fully functional and aligned with performance expectations.
Job Scope
- Manage recruitment efforts from job posting to candidate selection focusing on the Australian market.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates managers and teams during the onboarding process.
- Develop and implement performance management strategies to support new employees.
Job Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment talent acquisition or HR coordination.
- Familiarity with the Australian job market and talent pools.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
