Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team including training and evaluations.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Efficiently manage the sales and marketing budget.
Track and report on campaign and sales performance.
Organize promotional events and trade shows to generate leads.
Job Requirements:
Must be Omani national
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
3 years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in marketing strategies digital tools and CRM platforms.
Excellent analytical skills to assess market data and campaign performance.
Skilled in marketing software (Google Analytics CRM social media tools) and MS Office (Excel).
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Creative adaptable and solutionoriented with excellent time management.
Proficient in English both written and spoken.
