Job Description
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager Custom Furniture and FitOut
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in the custom furniture and fitout industry including at least 3 years in a managerial role. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales building relationships and executing marketing strategies that contribute to the growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients suppliers and industry partners.
- Oversee marketing campaigns and ensure they align with business objectives.
- Grow sales through effective use of social media platforms to engage and attract customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Managed and led the sales and marketing team providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Provide reports and feedback to senior management on performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in sales and marketing with a focus on custom furniture and fitout solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and deliver results.
- Strong understanding of market trends customer needs and social media marketing in the furniture and fitout sector.
- Good knowledge of furniture including kitchens wardrobes and doors.
- At least a good knowledge of Arabic with a strong preference for Arabicspeaking candidates.
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

- A sales incentive will be offered upon achieving set targets providing additional motivation and reward for top performance.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: RO450.000 RO600.000 per month
