JOB PURPOSE
The HR Business Partner is responsible for overseeing HR functions instore including Talent Acquisition Development Performance and Rewards. He/ She collaborates with business stakeholders to maintain a productive and efficient instore workforce optimizing all human resource aspects.

EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
Two to four years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
