Job Description
Graduate in any stream of Science / Commerce / Engineering. Exclude Arts and Civil
Engineers
Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in handling a team size of 30
members working on multiple SaaS products
He / She should have a good command on ticketing systems and its workflow in salesforce
He / She should have a good understanding of Digital Marketing domain
He / She has exceptional communication skills
He / She has an excellent track record of managing clients and client communication
He / She should be capable of Analysing critical aspects and must possess a great eye for
detail
He / She should be able to prioritize the work without impacting the SLAs which are agreed
with the Client
He / She must be familiar with Operational Calculations.
He / She should have worked with North American region clients
He / She must be strictly working from Office all 5 days of the week
He / She must be comfortable working in the Night shifts. Someone who is already working
in the night shift and ok to continue will be preferred
Should have experience of Salesforce
