Job Description

Your new role 

The Workforce Manager will play a critical role in optimizing workforce efficiency and ensuring that staffing levels align with operational needs. You will be responsible for forecasting demand scheduling staff and implementing strategies that enhance productivity while maintaining high service standards. 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Use your analytical skills to forecast staffing needs and develop comprehensive workforce plans that align with our business objectives 
  • Monitor and analyze workforce performance metrics identifying trends and areas for improvement. 
  • Foster a positive work environment by implementing initiatives that enhance employee morale retention and engagement.

You are a dedicated and dynamic professional with a strong background in workforce management. Your analytical mindset and strategic thinking allow you to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions that optimize team performance. You thrive in fastpaced environments and are adept at balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on achieving organizational goals. 

 

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration data analytics Human Resources or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience 
  • Proven experience in workforce management scheduling or a related role; familiarity with workforce management software is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a knack for collaborating effectively with various teams. 
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
