Join Our Customer Service Team! 

Are you customeroriented and passionate about sports and the outdoor industry We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic team!

What We Offer:

Our Customer Service Team focuses on providing professional B2B service. We work closely with the Sales Team for all brands acting as a key point of coordination for orders and deliveries.

In our customer service team you will provide efficient and consistent service supported by your expertise and enthusiasm. Heres what you will do:

 

  • Work as a team: Collaborate with your colleagues to overcome challenges and improve our practices.
  • Provide exceptional B2B customer service: Build strong relationships and ensure smooth communication with our clients and your colleagues.
  • Meet customer needs: Ensure that all requests are met and opportunities are maximized.
  • Process customer orders: Be precise in our IT systems and meet processing deadlines.
  • Communicate proactively: Keep our clients and sales teams informed with professionalism and honesty.

 


Qualifications :

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
  • A strong customer focus and a proactive attitude.
  • A passion for sports and the outdoor industry particularly golf and winter sports.

Languages:

  • Danish: Proficiency in Danish is mandatory as you will work closely with Danishspeaking customers and need to understand business practices in Denmark.
  • English: Strong English skills are also required as it is our primary internal working language.
  • Norwegian: Proficiency in Norwegian is a plus and beneficial for team collaboration and communication.

IT Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

  • Fulltime position permanent contract.
  • Based in Lrenskog Norway.
