Job Description
Educating AI: Review and analyze AIgenerated outputs providing structured feedback to improve the models understanding and ability to apply knowledge to realworld situations. Help refine the AIs decisionmaking process and problemsolving capabilities.
Problem Solving: Break down complex problems into clear stepbystep solutions. Guide the AI through these problems to teach it how to reason and solve them effectively and logically.
Red Teaming: Assess the AIs knowledge base for biases inaccuracies and gaps. Design and execute tests that push the models boundaries ensuring it produces reliable and accurate outputs that meet realworld expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with AI developers and researchers to integrate feedback contributing to the ongoing refinement and evolution of the AI system.
Qualifications :
Native Proficiency in Norwegian: Exceptional writing skills in Norwegian with the ability to clearly communicate complex feedback and explanations.
Residency in Norway: Applicants must be residents of Norway and have a strong understanding of local language culture and context.
Education: An Associates degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.
Professional Writing Experience: Previous experience in a writingintensive role (e.g. researcher journalist technical writer editor) is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
AI Training Experience: While prior experience in AIrelated tasks or training models is preferred it is not mandatory. A willingness to learn and contribute to AI development is key.
