Western Digital is setting up a Global Creative Development Centre in Bangalore. We are hiring Creative Directors Copywriters Video Creators and Art Directors to develop digitalled campaigns for the Western Digital product brands for B2B and B2C markets across the globe. To be developed in partnership with our global marketing team and the creative team in Bangalore these campaigns will extend across multiple media formats including print outdoor packaging and interactive.

We are seeking a senior art professional to join our global design team in Bangalore India. As the Creative Director Art you will work with the creative team to design and produce highquality digitalled multimedia campaigns for our global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize digitalled creative campaigns basis the brief for global markets.
- Guide the junior art and copy team to develop campaigns that will appeal across geographies.
- Handson approach in executing and managing multiple projects is essential.
- Create compelling and visually appealing static and animated campaign assets
- Creating brand manuals and campaign cookbooks.
- Design and supervise the creation of digital and print assets including packaging brochures banners and global product campaigns.
- Collaborate with our global design team to ensure that all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and style.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of highquality work.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product and engineering teams to ensure designs meet business objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends design software and techniques to continuously improve your design skills and output.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent skills and experience in Applied Art/Graphic Design or a related field.
- 12 years of professional experience in a reputed agency
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and techniques.
- Should have worked on brands in mainline and digital agencies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
- Knowledge of Video editing.
- Awareness and familiarity with using Generative AI tools like MidJourney DallE Adobe Firefly will help.
- Understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout.
- Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.
- Prior experience of working on technology brands will be a bonus.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in a global environment.
- Ability to manage still and video shoots supervise video production.
- Knowledge of creating final artworks print production is desirable.
