The Product Manager Cabin Condition is responsible for lifting standards in cabin cleanliness functionality and presentation of existing Qantas cabins across different generations of aircraft. With aircraft cabins being a leading driver of customer NPS this new role is responsible for developing a new capability within the Inflight Customer Experience team to drive partner teams across the organisation in the pursuit of cabin excellence. This role has potential to grow and will report to the Head of Product Aircraft and Passenger Products who is responsible for new cabin development cabin condition inflight entertainment and connectivity plus passenger products (all SKUs other than food and beverage).
Responsibilities of this role include analysis and performance management across key customer and operational metrics developing a plan to improve cabin health driving and prioritising effort from key partner operational teams to manage cabin cleaning and maintenance as well as inputting into future cabin design and investment to ensure continuous improvement.
Central to this role is maximising customer satisfaction of existing cabins within the constraints of cost ground time resourcing product age and other considerations. Internal stakeholders include Airports Customer Insights Engineering and Finance teams.
As a leader you are the custodian of cabin condition of existing fleets and will play a critical role in improving the experience of our customers and employees onboard as we bridge to new generation fleets.
