Job Description

As a Salesforce Architect/Team Lead you will manage a team of developers administrators and analysts guiding them through the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. You will be responsible for solution design Salesforce platform optimization and stakeholder communication ensuring that all implementations meet business needs and follow best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Salesforce developers administrators and analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and guide team members in Salesforce best practices architecture and technical problemsolving.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Oversee the design and development of custom Salesforce applications ensuring scalability security and adherence to best practices.
  • Implement Salesforce configurations including workflows process builders validation rules and custom objects.
  • Drive technical discussions and make key architectural decisions to optimize performance and user experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing Salesforce implementations streamline processes and optimize system performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features releases and industry trends to enhance the platforms capabilities.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with security privacy and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders ensuring clear communication of project updates risks and milestones.
  • Provide regular reports on project status team performance and key outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure users understand and effectively utilize Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems leveraging tools like MuleSoft APIs or other integration platforms.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications :

Experience:

  • 8 years of experience working with Salesforce including development and administration.
  • Proven experience in leading Salesforce projects and managing teams.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce customization configuration and integration with thirdparty systems.
  • Experience with Lightning components Apex Visualforce and Salesforce APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into businessfriendly terms.
  • Problemsolving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce tools like Salesforce DX Visual Studio Code and deployment tools (e.g. Jenkins Gearset).

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
  • Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant

MustHave Skills:

  • Apex
  • Industry Cloud experience
  • Omnistudio
  • Vlocity for Integration
