Job Description

Pay starts at $17/hr paid weekly.

The schedule for this role is Monday Friday 7am 3pm.

Position Responsibilities

This position may be a great fit if you enjoy getting up and at em to start your day if you already have an active lifestyle and value putting physical activity into your daily routine (get paid to workout instead of paying for a gym membership what s not to like) and you get satisfaction seeing the physical progress of your daily accomplishments.




Requirements

  • Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain heat cold etc.)

  • Not squeamish: can be around food ss and smell of decomposition throughout the day

  • Value and enjoy being physically active and in motion throughout the work day

  • Willing and able to spend most of the day on your feet (walking standing etc.)

  • Able to take direction and learn quickly to complete tasks

  • Enjoys the challenge of perfecting daily processes

  • Detail oriented takes pride in a good day s work and contributing to a team environment

  • Selfmotivated worker proactive in identifying and taking ownership of work needing to be completed

  • Committed to communicating regularly and constructively with team members and working collaboratively as part of a team

Our mission at CompostNow is to grow the composting movement by making it easy for our members to divert food waste and enrich soils. By hauling food ss and delivering compost we do the dirty work for them and ensure success. To build the movement it is imperative to keep our members happy and ensure they re receiving exceptional value from our commercial and residential services.
