Job Description
Duties/Requirements:
- JD with excellent academic credentials.
- Minimum of three years of general civil litigation experience.
- Experience defending commercial disputes consumer protection claims professional liability claims and insurance coverage and bad faith disputes are a plus.
- Ability to manage cases from inception through trial including preparation of pleadings motions briefs managing discovery preparing for depositions and conducting legal research analysis and writing.
- Experience with Federal Court is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Outlook Excel and ediscovery platforms.
- Excellent writing research negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner.
- Current NV Bar admission in good standing is required.

- Base salary range for this position is $140000 $160000 commensurate with experience.
