Job Description
Our team is responsible for the implementation of the Avaloq Crypto Assets Platform.
You will be surrounded by smart highly capable people who are passionate to build the next generation of innovative applications to address the upcoming challenges of the Crypto and Blockchain industry.
We are looking for passionate Business Analyst for Digital Assets in Banking to join our team and bring these innovative designs live.
Your key tasks
- Gather analyze and document business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with the Architect to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs
- Define and document workflows for trading and settlement of digital assets ensuring seamless integration with custody and blockchain systems
- Coordinate testing efforts including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate that the implemented solutions meet business expectations
- Assist in defining data models business rules and transaction logic related to the trading platform
- Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are embedded in the technical solution especially around digital asset custody AML and KYC.
- Facilitate communication between the development team and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications :
- Experience working in an agile environment and liaise with software development teams
- Good understanding of banking ideally in (transaction) banking space
- Basic knowledge about blockchain technology and digital assets
- 4 years of professional experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
- Solid knowledge of modern front and backend technologies
- Understanding of API functionality system integrations and how different platforms communicate
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to understand complex requirements and describe them in a simple and structured way
- Ability to assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by ensuring that solutions meet the business requirements
- Understanding of test case creation validating solutions and ensuring that functionality aligns with expectations
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to analyze complex business problems interpret data and come up with effective solutions
