Job Description

Job Summary

To drive datadriven decisionmaking and contribute to the strategic growth of the company by collecting analyzing and interpreting diverse data sets. Provide comprehensive insights and reports to guide management and team members in optimizing sales strategies forecasting trends and addressing operational challenges. Collaborate crossfunctionally ensuring timely coordination with finance generating reports for incentive programs and supporting executive leadership in their daytoday activities. Uphold accuracy in reporting oversee attendance recording and contribute to the creation of presentations for board reviews.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collect and analyse data for evaluating clients markets products and business opportunities.

Forecast sales trends by compiling and analysing data over time.

Regularly communicate with the management team.

Review past sales data to identify productivity trends.

Prepare accurate reports using internal and external data sources.

Evaluate thirdparty data for determining best practices for company success.

Present actionable insights to team members and management.Analyse data to proactively address problems.

KPIs

Work experience requirement

Experience in generation and Updating of MIS and other salesrelated reports

Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Finance or marketing

Competencies
