Business Development Manager Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities in the Nashville market through market research strategic outreach and relationship building with key decisionmakers.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales goals and revenue growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong client networks leveraging connections to secure meetings and partnerships.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create tailored proposals addressing client needs.
- Manage client retention by enhancing relationships and introducing new services.
- Represent MGA Homecare at industry events providing insights on trends and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system forecast sales and ensure targets are met.
- Deliver business development training to staff promoting team alignment with company goals.
- Uphold MGAs mission ethics and professional standards in all activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business or related field.
- 13 years of lead generation or inside sales experience.
- Preferred: Experience with Tricare facilities or pediatric referral sources.
- Background in healthcare medical devices software or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
- Independent goaloriented selfstarter with a strong work ethic and problemsolving ability.
- Flexible team player who adapts to shifting priorities and supports others as needed.
