Job Description
Direct responsibility for growth and defection of highend players.
- Oversee daily operations of department including analyzing comp decisions reinvestment rates and programs for highend players.
- Establish and execute department policies and objectives in an effort to grow new and existing players.
- Implement trackable player program.
- Supervise schedule and train Hosts and VIP Services.
- Train staff to increase guest service.
- Provide input on VIP events.
Qualifications :
- 5 plus years marketing management experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of computers and player tracking system
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses
